Woollard Construction Inc. provides residential construction and remodeling services, including ADUs, room additions, bathroom remodels, garage conversions, and loft builds, in Temecula, Murrieta, and surrounding communities in Southern California. All work is performed under California Contractor’s License B-842038.
Estimates provided through this website, by phone, or during a site visit are preliminary and subject to change after a full property assessment. A written contract with detailed scope, pricing, and terms is required before any work begins.
Payment terms are specified in each project contract. Typical projects require a deposit with scheduled progress payments. All amounts are in U.S. dollars. Late payments may delay work and may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a site visit, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellation terms for signed contracts are governed by the specific contract documents.
We stand behind our workmanship and comply with all applicable manufacturer warranties and California construction law. Specific warranty terms are outlined in your signed contract.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woollard Construction Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services at issue.
